OBSERVATORIO DE LA DEUDA SOCIAL EN BOLIVIA
The Observatorio de la Deuda Social en Bolivia seeks to encourage debate on the degree of compliance with human rights, seen as a joint responsibility of society. It understands social debt as the unfulfilled commitment of society to its citizens and inhabitants in its territory. As a moral concept, social debt emphasizes the collective obligation with the construction of social, economic and political conditions for life and human coexistence in supportive, inclusive, equitable and environmentally sustainable environments.
