The project seeks to improve the quality of business activities of vulnerable communities (poor, youth and women) through the development of entrepreneurial education and its implementation with strategic partners, with an improved business network ecosystem.

All the UCB regionals will also benefit from the strengthening of scientific capacities with respect to entrepreneurship and participation in the Transdisciplinary Learning Communities.
