The main objective of Project 2 is to build new and improved capacities for Integrated Water Management at different levels in Bolivia. Two specific objectives are set:

a) Strengthen academic capacities (education, training, research) that will become a catalyst for the development of the country in the areas of environment and water.

b) Participate in the Transdisciplinary Learning Communities, improving the comprehensive comprehensive understanding of water problems in Bolivia to benefit the most vulnerable communities.
