The purpose of the project is to contribute to the strengthening of democracy and the governance process by improving the ability of indigenous people to exercise their rights, within their framework of reference of the Constitution, international Human Rights laws and the construction of the Plural system of Justice promoting Indigenous Rights Promoters. The promoters, together with their organizations, interact with the Transdisciplinary Learning Communities, supported by research and human resources at the Postgraduate and Specialties level in the field of indigenous rights.
